Which is one of the best decisions they ever made to pick Dickinson. And the album they miraculously managed to write and record only one year after the last one with Paul, perfectly showcases why Bruce is by far the best vocalist to have been in Iron Maiden. Top 10 Thrash Metal Bands Hello everybody! Welcome to my first Top 10. Now, one of my all time favorite metal genres is thrash metal. And for those that don't know what it is, it is a type of heavy metal that is generally very fast, heavy, extremely riff oriented, and has a lot of really fast and skilled guitar solos. Now this list, will determine some of my favorite bands that possess this specific genre. Now, if a band you don't think counts as thrash metal is on here, I don't care because they are thrash to me. I am very excited for this one because among 15 albums, Megadeth have sold 20 million records and have had several, several lineups.
